  1. using the tip of your finger work away the edges of the mango pudding from the mould
  2. once loosened turn out onto bowl or a small plate
  3. spoon the salted butterscotch into a small puddle next to your corn pudding
  4. using the tip of a spoon dollop ginger gel around the plate so that you can get some with every spoonful
  5. sprinkle chocolate soil over the corn pudding and garnish with caramel popcorn and mint
