1. Bring a medium size pot of water to the boil, large enough to fit your bag of curry into

2. Once boiled, remove your pot from the heat and drop your sealed bag of curry into water to gently heat up without the fish from breaking up

3. Alternatively, you can open the bag and gently heat in a small saucepan

4. Place curry into bowl and garnish with coconut and fried lime leaves

5. Serve with rice or your favourite side dish
