Instructions
  1. Place bao into a steamer basket and steam for 6 minutes until light and fluffy

  2. Place a small spoon of hoisin inside each bun

  3. Heat mushrooms up in a frypan and spoon into buns

  4. place a spring onion batton and pickled cucumber in each bun and serve immediately

  5. eat it! try not to eat it all in one bite!
