Steamed Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce

Instructions
  1. Steam broccoli for 2 -3 minutes or until tender, alternatively bring a pot of salted water to rapid boil

  2. add broccoli, cook for 60 seconds and then remove from pot or steamer and pat dry.

  3. Gently heat the sauce, this can be done by putting the whole ramekin in the steamer while steaming your broccoli or gently heating in a pan.

  4. Pour sauce over broccoli and garnish with fried garlic
