Roast Milawa duck leg, steamed bao, rendang mayo, turmeric pickles


1. Pre heat oven to 200c

2. Remove duck from bag and place onto a small roasting tray, pour a small amount of vegetable oil over duck to help it brown

3. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes or until skin is crispy and duck is hot to the centre. Do not overcook as duck may become dry

4. In a steamer steam bao for 6 minutes or until light and fluffy

5. Serve immediately on a platter with rendang mayo, pickles and coriander. You and your bubble buddy can assemble and eat anyway you desire
