INGREDIENTS

lemongrass infused bombay dry gin, bianco vermouth, dandelion, burdock and lemon bitters

 

TO SERVE

keep in the freezer, and pour into a chilled glass when you’re thirsty. garnish with a peel of your favourite citrus.

alternatively, top it up with your favourite tonic water for a g&t like no other! (make sure to roll the bottle before you serve, all the best bits may settle)
