  1. cut the bag open

  2. place the prawns on the hot bbq and grill each side for 2-3 minutes. to check if they are cooked, look at the thickest part of the flesh near the head. the flesh should be white and not show any translucency

  3. when the prawns are cool enough to touch, peel the shell off, dip in the aunty kim’s satay and shove it in your face
